What is the perfect breast size?

What is the perfect breast size?

Whatever size you are comfortable with, that is your perfect size. There is no perfect breast size. Women come in all shapes and sizes and so do breasts. Good thing, too. Can you imagine a 44dd on a 4 foot 11 inch women?

I have been searching around the internet to find out what others think. On a poll I voted at
http://www.opinion.com.au/16_Perfect_breast_size%3F.htm# on the day I voted, there were 5438 votes and 40% voted for a C cup. 22% voted for the B Cup. Here are the results:

1 C cup40% 2,198 voting

2 B cup22% 1,219 voting

3 D cup14% 811 voting

4 A cup7% 435 voting

5 Larger than DD6% 357voting

6 DD cup6% 345 voting

7 Flat1% 73 voting

Here is another poll that is also reporting the top choice as a C Cup with the B Cup running second:

Interestingly enough, mostly women voted on the poll listed above so that means it is not just men voting for the size they want, but women voting on the size they have.

Men should not be the one in your life that is defining what your perfect breast size should be and believe it or not, in most cases they are not. Women tend to see themselves in a negative light and think that if only they had perfect breasts everything would be just great in their lives. Remember that beauty comes from within and no matter what your breast size is, you are a perfect woman just the way you are.

Saggy Sagging Breasts

Saggy Sagging Breasts

There are many causes for saggy, sagging breasts. Age, genetics, breast density, weight loss, intense sports can all contribute to sagging breasts. Poor bra fittings or not wearing a bra at all with very large breasts can accelerate the sagging.

There used to be a theory that breast feeding causes the breasts to sag. This old wives tale has been de-bunked in a study published in 2007 by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Good news since many women fear breast feeding their newborns for fear of ending up with saggy breasts.

The real reason for breast sag is that breasts have no muscles in them. They are made up of ligaments, connective tissue and fat. Those ligaments, tissue and skin can all sag due to gravity. Therefore, the better, stronger your skin elasticity, the longer it will be before you start sagging.

The most important thing to realize is that sagging is a normal natural process. You would be very hard pressed to find an aging woman with no sagging at all unless she has very small breasts.

You can work to prolong the sagging process. Wear a good supportive bra during all intense activities that cause major bouncing (volleyball, jogging, etc.). Gaining and losing weight will make your tissues lose their elasticity and they will sag quicker. Omega 3 oils, flax seed and vitamin C have been shown to help with skin elasticity. Quit smoking. Smoking breaks down your body’s supply of collagen and collagen is vital to skin elasticity.
